  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must not fall under the exceptions listed below in the Non-Returnable Items section.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@glasplglasni.com or call our customer service team at (701) 298-8233 to inform us of your intent to return the item. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without an RA number may be rejected.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Please keep a copy of your shipping receipt and tracking number.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Method: If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund Timeframe: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Refunds are issued for returns, and exchanges will be handled as new transactions.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons. These include:

  • Personal Care Items (such as beauty products, skincare, etc.)
  • Opened or Used Products (if the packaging has been tampered with or the product has been used)
  • Digital Products or Downloadable Software that have been accessed or activated
  • Gift Cards or Vouchers
  • Custom-Made Products or Personalized Items that were specifically tailored to your request

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund. To expedite the process, please provide the following:

  • A description and photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue

In the case of defective or damaged items, Glasplglasni will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check the following:

8. Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it typically cannot be canceled. However, if you change your mind before your order ships, please reach out to us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not guaranteed.
